Twitch Workplace Design

My Graduate 2 project for the live streaming platform Twitch focused on creating a human-centered workplace that enhances the employee experience. The core concept, 'The Hub,' is a collaborative system with movable partitions in a grid layout that function as digital boards, allowing drawing, adjusting opaqueness, changing images, and transitioning from private to public spaces. The design also included hot desks and movable seating areas to give employees a sense of control over their environment. To diversify the workspace, an outdoor simulation room and a swing station were integrated, offering unique and flexible work areas. These elements promote collaboration, social interaction, well-being, and adaptability, fostering a dynamic and engaging work environment.
